Whoa. Bit more than your average fender bender. I'm guessing the caprice was a write off. Anybody know if the cop was OK?

It seems pretty rare to see that kind of lighting display on a mid 1990s car. I like the package though, sharp classic look. You'd think speeders would spot that thing a mile away though.

That pushbar looks strange. Was that in general use, or some kind of training device?

What are those lightbars called? They're really common, but I've never actually known what they are.
Hello Rich, they did come with tan for CHP. I saw the 94-95-96 LT1 with Tan, Blue and a combo Blue & Black. I wish I had some clear pics for you... Good luck with your project!
I drove one of these my first year on the job. Oh how I remember it, it was comfortable, fast, had a great growler under the hood, solid red ruby to the front and an amber to the rear. But... it didn't look too good when I got it stuck in the mud. The chief was louder than the siren when he saw it! Now our cars look like space ships of area 51...lol!
Nice resto and pics- Is there any photos anywhere of DSP 1977/78 cars? I'm building a scale model and sure would like to see the color scheme for those years. Did they use the Plymouth Fury?
