WV - Coal Valley

I have never heard of a Coal Valley in WV or Pa. As a police patch & badge collector for 32 yrs, plus a very special interest in WV police memorabilia, I would hope to have heard of this city if it is in WV. Very nice photo, classic 1960's look for both the town hall and the cruiser (I'll bet it's their only one!). I'd really enjoy hearing from anyone who either knows something about this location, or who either has some WV police memorabilia they want to sell/trade.

I'm curious. Do you use "Wi-Fi" for an online connection to download your pictures while on the road? I'm contemplating getting a Wi-Fi compatible laptop for quick file transfers but I don't know how reliable this is, especially as I have to take my pictures, go home, and download them onto my fixed PC before I can store them online...
